Description

ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets are a new and advanced chewable alternative to traditional toothpaste, suggested for children 3-12 years old. The tablets have a berry flavor and are designed to make brushing fun and easy for youngsters. ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets are all natural and contain the active ingredients of ExoCyan Cran® (American cranberry extract), and Xylitol.

ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets are fluoride free and do not contain any sodium lauryl sulfate, triclosan, synthetic dyes, petro-chemicals, artificial flavorings, artificial sweeteners, gluten or casein. They are available in 60-count bottles. Value is comparable with a tube of children’s toothpaste; however, the one tablet per brushing assures parents the exact dosage each and every time. Instructions are to chew, brush and rinse twice a day. Consultants distributed ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets for evaluation by 27 families with children. ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets received a 76% clinical rating.

Product Features

ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets are a safe alternative to toothpaste for even very young children.

One tablet per brushing provides easy and simple dosage delivery. The packaging is an easy-to-open bottle that is neat, clean and sanitary, which reduces microbial transmissions between family members compared to the conventional tube of toothpaste delivery method. Thirty percent of parents felt that ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets increased their child’s interest in brushing. Patient ratings of the taste varied greatly, with some liking the berry flavor, while others found it did not leave a fresh feeling in the mouth. Young children tended to chew the tablet and swallow it like a vitamin, leaving little residue in the mouth for brushing. To be fair, as with any delivery system, including conventional toothpaste, there is a learning curve with young kids. Twenty-two percent of parents found ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets to be better than other toothpastes they had used and 7% found them to be equivalent. Thirty percent of parents would switch to ChildLife Toothpaste Tablets and 41% would recommend them to friends and family.
