Description
Contour Plus Powder Free Nitrile Gloves are ambidextrous exam gloves with a textured surface for better grip. The latex-free and powder-free gloves have an inner coating of lanolin and vitamin E to minimize skin irritation without leaving a residue. They are white in color with a beaded cuff and are unscented. Contour Plus Gloves are manufactured, examined, and packaged with zero skin contact by workers to provide a cleaner end product. The gloves are available in boxes of 100 and in sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL. Fifty consultants, including dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants, evaluated Contour Plus Gloves in over 1500 uses. This product received an 88% clinical rating.
Product Features
Contour Plus Gloves were well received by consultants for the ease of donning and removing. Consultants rated the gloves highly for the tactile sensation they provide as well as the lack of discoloration while in use. The consultants reported that Contour Plus Gloves were comfortable and kind to the skin. The white color of the gloves was also noted as a positive feature. Many consultants reported that the glove sizes ran smaller than the packaging indicated, and they had to use one size larger than normal. For some consultants, the fit was tight across the palm of the hand. Although nitrile gloves are inherently less elastic than latex, more than half of the consultants were pleased with the elasticity of the Contour Plus Gloves, with only minimal tearing occurring. Sixty-six percent of consultants rated Contour Plus Gloves equivalent to or better than the product they were currently using.
