Description

EsFlow® PLUS Injectable is a light-cured flowable composite resin for direct restoratives. Using uniform nano fillers, it has enhanced physical strength and can be used even on occlusal surfaces. It is a high-viscosity flowable with low extrusion force, thixotropic behavior, excellent gloss retention, and no stringing. Available in a wide range of shades for direct restorative applications.

Unique Attributes

  • Excellent viscosity and stackability for a flowable composite
  • Outstanding shade match and chameleon effect for natural blending
  • Easy handling with smooth adaptation and minimal stickiness
  • Strong physical properties with good polish and gloss retention
  • Available in multiple shades with flexible tip options for precision placement

Clinical Tips

  • Check shade match on the adjacent tooth after light curing for accuracy.
  • Submerge the tip when dispensing to minimize air bubbles and voids.
  • Use smaller layers or increments to improve adaptation and curing depth.
  • Allow the material to settle before curing for a smoother surface finish.
  • Using a composite warmer can enhance flow when employing the “Snow Plow Technique.”

Indications

  • Class I-V direct restorations
  • Use as a base liner
  • Undercut fillings (flowing into undercuts)
  • Repair of composite or ceramic restorations
