Description

One-Fil by Mediclus is a premixed, calcium silicate–based bioceramic root canal sealer supplied in one 2 g syringe with 15 intra-canal tips, offering convenient, ready-to-use delivery with consistent handling. The bioceramic formulation provides high biocompatibility and effective sealing, supporting predictable outcomes across a wide range of clinical scenarios. One-Fil is compatible with cold lateral condensation, single-cone obturation, warm vertical compaction, and thermoplastic techniques, allowing flexibility based on clinician preference. It is well suited for anatomically complex canals, retreatment cases, teeth with wide or immature apices, and reinforcement of the root canal seal in teeth with resorption defects.
