Product Features
The packaging of Tri-Bite Trays was rated as very good. Many consultants appreciated the variety of trays available, which included many different sizes and side-less designs. The construction and sturdiness of the trays are excellent. Also, the fit, width and length of the trays were all rated very good by consultants. The large-width design of the trays was found by most to be very helpful. However, a few consultants considered the width to be excessive, with the larger sizes restricting full closure of the patient’s mouth in some cases. The retention of the impression material within the tray was superb. Further, the rigidity of the completed impression in the tray was exceptional. Sixty-five percent of consultants found Tri-Bite Trays to be the same as or better than their current trays and would both purchase and recommend them.Editors’ Note: The original evaluation was published in THE DENTAL ADVISOR, Vol. 18, No. 4, May 2001.
