Evaluators’ Comments

  • “Awesome files, easy to use, smooth feel, good bending properties and memory.”
  • “This is a fine product and served its purpose very well. I was impressed.”
  • “I had a hard time convincing myself to use them on some cases in the beginning but by the end I really liked them. I mostly used the 20 and 25 files in my C&S.”
  • “It is a very nice file. I enjoyed using it and had no file separation. I think in a crowded rotary endodontic file market, this is a competitive product.”
  • “Smooth cutting and confidence in the files to do what they are supposed to do. Also, I liked the labeling of the file size. It was easy to read and see.”
  • “The paper points and gutta percha sometimes did not fit the canal respective to its size.”
  • “It’s a different system to learn, and you have to change the settings on handpiece multiple times because of the number of files.”

Description

ZenFlex CM Rotary NiTi Files are heat-treated nickel titanium endodontic files used for debris removal and cleaning/shaping of root canals.  The triangular cross section and heat treatment is designed to allow shaping in canals up to 90º.  The heat treatment allows for “controlled memory” helping to maintain canal shape and reduce transportation.  Reduced cyclic fatigue and torsional stress help minimize breakage and increase predictability. ZenFlex CM files are offered in .04 and .06 taper in sizes 13, 15, 17, 20, 25 and 30.  Lengths are 21, 25 and 31mm with assorted packs available.  Matched gutta percha is available in tip size 20-45.
