Description
everX Flow™ is a short fiber-reinforced flowable composite for dentin replacement. It is available in 2 shades: Bulk shade, which has a depth of cure of 5.5 mm and Dentin shade which has a higher opacity. The dentin shade is more esthetic and has a depth of cure of 2 mm
Unique Attributes
everX Flow™ has a thixotropic viscosity that allows for a flow and adaptation into cavitated areas without slumping of the material. The fiber reinforcement helps reduce the risk of catastrophic failures and redirects cracks of the natural tooth that may be clinically present.
Clinical Tips
Make sure you keep the syringe in the material while injecting to lessen the chance of air bubbles
Be careful on using it in the anterior due to the opacity and color
Be sure to use a cover or veneering materials as this material needs to be capped
Perfect for dentin replacement. If scanning, use powder
You should use an explorer to tease it into position in the floor of a box preparation

Description
Venus Pearl PURE is a universal nano-hybrid composite for use in all classes of anterior and posterior cases. It is available in four shades; light, medium, dark and bleach.
Unique Attributes
With a balance of Hue, Chroma, and Value, this material can adapt and blend in any situation and does so with a creamy and low-stick consistency. The Kulzer-unique TCD matrix provides very low shrinkage stress and thus a reduction in marginal gap formation and secondary decay. Due to this matrix system, the material is also free of any BPA structure.
Clinical Tips
Material works best with thin restorations where an enamel shade would normally be used.
I taped the shade recommendations on each box to help pick between light to medium or medium to dark.
I figured out the shade matching after a few uses—but initially it was helpful to cure a small amount of the material on the facial surface before treatment to confirm the correct shade.
I am a fan of warming composite, but with this material I felt it was just the right consistency without it.
You don’t need to do anything special to get a nice consistency and result.

Clinical Tips
In the anterior, make sure your bevel is at least 2-3 mm in length as a short bevel is difficult to blend.
Write the shades it matches on the bottle, so you don’t have to remember bright, warm, natural.
Use a warmer for easier handling.*
Familiarize yourself with the 3 shades first by curing buttons on the tooth. *Warm capsules up to 70 ºC/158 ºF for up to1hour per 3M guidelines.
