Description

Maxi-Brush is an elongated style of fiber-tipped disposable applicator. It is designed to facilitate access to narrow, extended and confined spaces for a variety of applications. The non-lint brushes have fibers along the length and at the tip. Two bending points can create a long or short tip with multiple angles. Maxi-Brush is indicated for use in post spaces, proximal boxes, periodontal pockets, axial walls, and any other narrow space. Maxi-Brush handles are three shades of blue to identify the three diameters: small (0.90 mm), medium (1.50 mm) and large (1.60 mm). 150 brushes are packaged in an Easy-Shake dispenser. Thirty consultants evaluated Maxi-Brush in over 1500 clinical cases. This product received an 85% clinical rating.

Product Features

Maxi-Brush is useful as a specialty applicator, especially for applying bonding agents and cements into post spaces. Because the brush tips contain a low density of fibers, they are most effective on broad, flat surfaces. The handle length of the applicator and the usefulness of the double bend feature were rated highly. Maxi-Brush is packaged in Easy-Shake dispenser that allows one applicator at a time to be dispensed, reducing the occurrence of cross contamination. Seventy-seven percent of evaluators rated Maxi-Brush equal to or better than their current application, 47% would switch and 70% percent would recommend Maxi-Brush to a colleague.
