ReSURGE Instrument Cleaning Solution is a cleaner and pre-soak for removing debris from dental instruments. This concentrated ultrasonic solution uses a dilution of ¬Ω ounce per gallon and is available as unit-dose packets and a metered dose bottle. ReSURGE has a neutral pH and is 100% biodegradable. The manufacturer states that the product is effective in all types of water, rinses easily and helps prevent mineral deposit build-up. ReSURGE was evaluated by 35 consultants in 657 uses. This ultrasonic cleaning solution received an 86% clinical rating.

Most consultants thought it was important to incorporate environmentally friendly products such as this biodegradable cleaner into dental offices. The ability to clean soiled instruments outweighs the unpleasant odor of the solution. Twenty-three percent of consultants rated ReSURGE better than other ultrasonic cleaning solutions they have used and 49% rated it equivalent. Forty-six percent would switch to ReSURGE and 51% would recommend it.
