Product Features
VersaLink was well received by every consultant. All evaluated categories were rated very good to excellent, with no detractors noted. Both the porcelain etchant and silane were packaged in sealed ampules with inert gas, offering fresh material for each procedure. This unit-dose, sealed packaging was unanimously reported to be the most-liked feature of VersaLink. The two-year shelf life of the silane was also appreciated. Ampules were easy to open and dispensing and application of material were very highly rated. Clinicians found this unit-dose system extremely easy to incorporate into their bonding and intraoral repair protocol. Initial short-term repair results have been excellent. One hundred percent of consultants rated VersaLink to be equivalent to or better than their current porcelain primer. Every consultant surveyed would recommend VersaLink to a colleague and all but one reported they would switch from their current product.
Clinical Tips
- Porcelain etchant (6% HF) must not contact soft tissues. Intraoral use must be done with meticulous isolation.
