Clinical Tips from Evaluators

  • Avoid removing the provisional too early, as premature removal may cause tearing or distortion.
  • Higher strength even in thin temporaries makes it ideal for heavy bruxers.
  • Use a wet gauze or cool cloth during setting to help reduce heat and improve patient comfort.
  • Ensure occlusion is properly adjusted so the provisional remains stable after cementation.
  • If used in the anterior, try a few shades as they are on the lighter side.
