Cosmo Face Masks by Cranberry USA are 4-ply, ASTM level 3 face masks available in unique dual-toned colors. There is an adjustment strip of wire on the nose and chin which allow for a personalized fit. They are fluid-resistant and are designed to allow for 15% more breathing volume inside the mask. There are three colors available: Comet Blue, Galactic Green, and Stellar Purple.

I love the two wire strips on the top and bottom of the mask.
As always with this brand, these masks are very soft and non-fuzzy inside surface.

The FLUIDSHIELD Face Masks from Halyard are a line of fluid-resistant ATSM Level 3 masks in a variety of sizes and styles. The standard face masks are tri-fold and have elastic ear straps. They are also available with an attached SPLASHGUARD visor, which is adhered to the mask straight out of the package. This eliminates the need for an extra shield.

My assistants like that they’re lightweight and breathable. These masks are their go-to.
Since the shield is attached, I like that I don’t need an extra head strap. A lot of normal visors give me headaches, but these don’t.
These fit medium faces like mine very well; I don’t need to do any adjusting!
It feels very secure.

In recent issues and on social media, we have discussed how difficult it can be to find a correctly-fitting and comfortable respirator. FLUIDSHIELD Surgical N95 Respirators from Halyard are a uniquely shaped option for clinicians who are looking for something other than the typical cone shape. They are duckbill shaped, with two elastic straps that go behind the head to secure the respirator. They are NIOSH approved, ASTM Rated 3 for fluid resistance, and are available in two sizes: small and regular.

This respirator seems to seal very well and fits faces that cone-style N95s don’t.
I find this respirator to be very easy to breathe in compared to others I’ve tried.
The pressure feels better distributed across the face as opposed to a cone mask, where the bridge of my nose gets sore.
The small is very small.

One chief complaint about Level 3 face masks is that they are too hot on the face and make breathing difficult. The S3+ Face Masks from Cranberry® are 3-ply, quad-fold masks with a lint-free inner layer. They are designed to be extra breathable and cool by reportedly providing an extra 15% of breathing room. The ear loops are soft and elastic for greater comfort, and the wire across the mask’s top retains a seal across the face. These masks are available in black, blue, and white.

The wire on top holds its shape very well and makes a great seal. My glasses don’t fog up nearly as much with these.
Please make a smaller size! As they are now, they are far too big for people with smaller faces.
The inside lining is silky and smooth.
There’s a noticeable difference in the breathing room.

Some of the most common complaints with N95 respirators are poor fit, tight straps, and abrasion to the ears and face. We recently received Face Shields from Ultra Light Optics™. These shields feature a visor with a fully adjustable head strap that has the ability to flip up. What else makes these unique? A headlight can be attached to the shield itself and additionally, the shield can be extended with optional extenders of 1″ or 1.75″ to accommodate long loupes and/or headlights worn under the shield.

Everything is customizable on this shield!
My hygienist does not wear loupes and I think this would be perfect for her so she can just have a headlight.
The flip-up option makes it easier to talk to hard-of hearing patients.
No issues getting my longer loupes under these.
