The base of the chair is aluminum and is supported by five dual-wheel casters. Spirit 2003 is available in 12 standard upholstery colors or optional Ultraleather. Twelve consultants used Spirit 2003 during a nine-month evaluation period. This product received a 93% rating.

Product Features

Spirit 2003 received excellent ratings for ease and range of seat adjustment. The adjustment levers are easy to reach and the integral gas cylinder allows smooth adjustment of the seat height and tilt from a seated position. The shape and style of the pads provide a comfortable seat. Some consultants would prefer a thicker back support for additional lumbar support. The casters move well over tile and carpet. Doctors were pleased with the durability and overall construction of the base. Sixty-seven percent of the consultants rated Spirit 2003 as being the equivalent to or better than the doctor stool they currently use. Ninety-one percent of consultants would recommend Spirit 2003.
